Comunilife Inc. is looking to for an experienced Project Manager to join its Real Estate Development team. Under the supervision of the Vice President of Real Estate Development, the Development Project Manager will manage all aspects of the development and substantial rehabilitation of Comunilife’s real estate assets, primarily permanent and transitional housing. The Project Manager will work collaboratively with consultants, architects and Comunilife staff to successfully execute all phases of the development process, including predevelopment, design development, construction, and conversion to permanent financing. In addition, the Project Manager will represent Comunilife at real estate industry, government, community board, and supportive housing events, and support the strategic growth of Comunilife’s pipeline of affordable and supportive housing.
