The Lunch and Learn will provide an opportunity to have an in-depth conversation with Terri Belkas-Mitchell, Principal of Xenolith Partners. Terri will discuss the challenges faced by Xenolith as a WBE developer, and some of the tools the company has used as it relates to access to capital, guarantees, and financing.
We will also hear about The RISE – Xenolith’s latest affordable housing development located in Brooklyn, developed in partnership with the Women’s Prison Association and the Brownsville Partnership.
