The site is one of nine former public housing developments that converted to Section 8 and experienced substantial and comprehensive upgrades through NYCHA’s PACT program. Please join us to learn more about this impactful affordable housing rehabilitation project, developed by a joint venture team including The Arker Companies, Omni New York LLC, Dabar Development Partners, and Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation.
