NRP Investments LLC is currently seeking a Vice President of Development - New Jersey LIHTC. Under the leadership of the SVP of Development, the VP of Development will lead the multifamily real estate development strategy for affordable housing projects in New Jersey (and near surrounding areas as described below) which will contribute to the economic and cultural vitality of the community. The VP of Development will manage a pipeline of 9% and 4% projects with the goal of executing on a minimum of 2 LIHTC projects per year.
