Join WHF for our Annual Summer Tour! This year's tour will bring us to Pacific Park, Brooklyn. Pacific Park Brooklyn is a new 15-building, multi-use development from Greenland Forest City Partners. By the completion of the development over 6,000 apartments (both affordable and market-rate) will be spread out over 22 acres designed by world class architects such as CookFox, SHoP, Marvel Architects and KPF.
Some of the buildings under construction are 461 Dean Street, the tallest modular building in the world, designed by SHoP architects and 550 Vanderbilt, a 17 story luxury condominium designed by CookFox.
This is an active development site. Proper footwear is required. Hard hats will be provided
