As Senior Project Manager you’ll support and assist all stages of the funding / financing process, including identification of funding opportunities, proforma development and analysis, and preparation of funding applications. You’ll attend meetings and workshops related to housing finance opportunities and assist in implementing a national real estate development strategy that includes moderate and substantial rehab, new construction, mixed‐use, commercial, and assembly of land for future development.
