MSquared is a women-owned real estate development and impact investing platform that partners with the public sector, developers and investors to build mixed-use, mixed-income projects that promote inclusive economic growth and deliver strong risk-adjusted returns. The Associate will work directly with the Director, Real Estate and primarily be responsible for supporting the execution of loans from initial feasibility, Committee approval, to closing and maintaining/servicing. The candidate should expect to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and be aligned with the firm’s mission and investment philosophy.
