The Real Estate Project Manager (REPM) has overall responsibility for the operation and success of various real estate development initiatives. SoBro seeks a candidate to work in conjunction with the President/CEO, Property Management team and outside Financial Consultant to manage SoBro’s development pipeline. SoBro is currently in predevelopment on several affordable housing and mixed-use development projects as it seeks to expand its development portfolio. The REPM will be supporting those partnership developments and leading the progress of those initiatives.
