Paths Development, LLC, formerly Omni New York LLC, is hiring a Senior Project Manager. The company is a vertically integrated affordable housing developer with six operating companies that provides a full range of services for its properties. Paths Development has owned, rehabbed, or constructed over 18,000 affordable housing units in 14 states.
Position Summary: This position assists the Head of Development and Senior Development staff with the acquisition, underwriting, and managing the development of affordable housing projects -– both the new construction and the rehabilitation of existing multifamily housing.
Skills, Education, and Experience
- 3+ years of work experience in affordable housing development or finance
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of HUD Project-Based Section 8 and Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit programs preferred
- Must be detail oriented, organized and able to multi-task
- Ability to work in an individual capacity and as a team
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (with real estate finance experience), Word and PowerPoint
Salary: $100,000-$130,000
