Forsyth Street Affordable Housing is a leading expert on financing affordable housing in New York City and nationwide. We assist both for-profit and non-profit developers in all stages of planning and financing the acquisition, rehabilitation, construction and preservation of affordable housing.
We are seeking a motivated self-starter with demonstrated affordable housing finance skills to become an integral member of our affordable housing transaction team. Primary responsibilities for the position will include feasibility analyses, deal structuring, project underwriting, project management and client support for both not-for-profit and for-profit clients.
