Dianne has been with InLight for eighteen years and has over thirty years of experience in the insurance industry. She has extensive expertise with clients in many industries including Non-Profits, Habitational, Construction and Healthcare. Emelyne has been with EHCI LLC for 14 years working and acting as a Closer for all Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) affordable housing deals in New York City and the Northeast Region.  She has extensive experience in reviewing and finalizing insurance certificates for LIHTC deals as required during the construction phase of the deal.  This includes assisting developers in acquiring insurance and reviewing a wide range of insurance certificates and policies.
