Lunch & Learn: Explore the WELL Building Standard and Delos Headquarters

Please join WHF for a conversation on the WELL Building Standard at the Delos Headquarters, New York’s first space to achieve WELL Platinum certification. Launched in 2014, WELL promotes human health and wellness in the built environment. Learn more about the standard and Gensler’s award-winning design for the offices and branded digital experience with Janna Wandzilak of Delos and Saemi Lee of Gensler.

Janna Wandzilak, WELL FACULTY, LEED AP BD+C | Director, Delos Solutions
As a Director on the Delos Solutions Team, Janna consults with clients who are transforming indoor environments to focus on the people that spend time within them. Her role involves working with many members of project teams to help them learn about healthy design, operations and policies. Additionally, as the Delos Materials Specialist, Janna draws upon her knowledge of healthy and sustainable materials/products to offer clients the best solutions for healthy products when designing and constructing their buildings. She co-project managed the Delos HQ.

Saemi Lee, LEED AP | Designer and Senior Associate, Gensler
Saemi is integral to Gensler’s Consumer Goods workplace practice. With an award-winning body of work and a versatile skill set, Saemi is a design champion for innovative clients who are looking for something unique and perfectly suited to her clients’ brands. She works closely with the design and client teams to establish functional and aesthetic goals, and delivers those into a complete design package. Saemi has amassed an impressive portfolio of beauty and fashion clients, and her work has appeared in The New York Times, Interior Design, and Wall Street Journal.
