HANAC has a portfolio of rental properties and will continue to preserve these existing assets while developing new residential and community facility opportunities that align with the agency’s missions and strategic long-term goals. This may include housing for seniors, low and moderate-income families, single adults, and special needs populations. The position of Director of Housing Development will be involved in the planning, design, and construction of new buildings and program spaces for the agency; will act as owner representative for projects under renovation or in construction, and will assist in identifying new opportunities for resource planning and
investment.
