As Director of Affordable Housing Development, you’ll manage all stages of the funding / financing process, including identification of funding opportunities, proforma development and analysis, and preparation of funding applications. You’ll oversee the day to day operations of project management staff as well as attend meetings and workshops related to housing finance opportunities and assist in implementing a national real estate development strategy that includes moderate and substantial rehab, new construction, mixed‐use, commercial, and assembly of land for future development.
