The Low Income Investment Fund (LIIF) is hiring Deputy Director to lead lending for affordable housing in New York and the Northeast Region. The DD leads business development in the region and is accountable for loan origination, including structuring, underwriting, and closing transactions, working with the underwriting, loan administration, and asset management teams. The DD also participates in development of new products and initiatives as well as input on policy priorities.
