New York State Homes and Community Renewal (HCR) is the State’s affordable housing agency, with a mission to build, preserve, and protect affordable housing and increase homeownership throughout New York State. Under the direction of the Executive Deputy Commissioner/ Chief Operating Officer, the Chief Financial Officer will provide strategic guidance and management over the finances of five of HCR’s Public Authorities.
