We are actively seeking an admitted attorney, with significant commercial real estate experience for a mid to senior level Associate position. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for commercial real estate transactions including the representation of developers and borrowers in various acquisitions, developments, finance, dispositions and joint ventures. Qualified candidates should have at least 3 years of commercial real estate experience. We offer an excellent benefit package. Salary will commensurate with experience.
