The one-on-one mentoring program is designed to empower talented women leaders in the Affordable Housing Industry achieve their full potential and cultivate a community of thought leaders and influencers.
Please consider participating as either a Mentor or Mentee.
Mentor
- Enhances your leadership and mentoring skills
- Creates a collaborative learning environment in which you learn from the experience and perspective of your mentee
- Provides a level of personal satisfaction as you contribute to developing talent and strengthening our field
- Allows you to give back to the organization by sharing knowledge and expertise
- Creates a welcoming environment for newcomers to our industry
Mentee
- Provides an opportunity to learn from the paired mentor, WHF and Industry sponsored events and programming
- Creates a structured and supportive environment in which one can:
- Assess personal strengths and identify opportunities for development
- Enhancing capabilities for current role and growth for future opportunities
- Identify objectives, longer term career aspirations and appropriate action plans
- Expand personal and professional networks
Date: One meeting per month, between November – May 2023
Time: Minimum of 1 hour per month
Place: Virtual / In-Person (your choice)
Cost: Free
