The Affordable Exec reports to ownership and is responsible for establishing and monitoring appropriate protocols and procedures for the operation of the Affordable Housing Department and operating the department on a daily basis. This includes regular communication with ownership, affordable housing staff, tenants, applicants and other department heads. Salary range $125k – $175k.
