LISA GOMEZ, Chief Executive Officer, L+M Development Partners

Lisa Gomez brings nearly 30 years of experience in real estate development and finance to her role as Chief Executive Officer of L+M Development Partners, where she oversees the company’s day-to-day operations and leads its growth strategy. During her 18-year tenure with L+M, she has worked in various capacities and played a key role in establishing the company as a nationally recognized affordable housing developer. Before joining L+M, Lisa held senior positions at the New York City Housing Development Corporation (HDC), JPMorgan Chase, the New York City Economic Development Corporation, and Silverstein Properties, among others.
