Corporation for Supportive Housing is hiring a Senior Program Manager for their Federal Technical Assistance Team. This role will be based on our national team. Applicants must live near a major airport, preferably in the Eastern or Central Region; candidates must state desired work location in their application. Frequent local and regional travel.
The Senior Program Manager will provide operational assistance to various parties overseeing and implementing US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) technical assistance (TA). This will include the HUD Special Needs Assistance Program (SNAPS) Homeless TA leads and leaders at various firms that provide consulting assistance to HUD. This includes support and management of technical assistance planning and activities, coordinating teams and technical assistance resources to support the provision of technical assistance, and advancing strategic priorities.
Salary range for SPM position is as follows:
- SPM in highest geography (E.G. Washington D.C., New York City, San Francisco, Seattle): $95,000 - $119,000
- SPM in mid-range geography (E.G. Los Angeles, Chicago, Denver): $87,000 - $108,000
- SPM in lower mid-range geography (E.G. Minneapolis, Portland, Austin, Las Vegas): $82,000 - $102,000
- SPM in low-range geography (E.G. Indianapolis, Columbus, Richmond, Nashville, Atlanta, Tampa, Phoenix): $75,000 - $94,000
