NYCHA's Real Estate Development Department (REDD) has three (3) open positions -- Senior Asset Manager, Project Manager, and Community Planner -- that are crucial to achieving the goals of NYCHA 2.0 and structuring transactions that will address over $15 billion in capital needs across NYCHA’s properties. 

The Project Manager, under the direction of the Vice President of Transactions, will assist with the financial modeling and analysis of housing development projects on property owned by NYCHA, preservation projects to rehabilitate and preserve NYCHA-owned public housing, and other NYCHA Real Estate Development activities.
