An Underwriter Senior Associate on the Community Development Banking (CDB) Real Estate Eastern Region Underwriting Team plays an integral role in the Bank’s Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) mission by financing the construction of affordable housing. Clients include both for-profit real estate developers and not-for-profit entities across the Eastern Region. Underwriters have multiple responsibilities, which include the preparation and presentation of credit approval packages, account management, and portfolio management.
