Qualifications, Abilities and Skills:
- Knowledge of real estate development or project-management experience required
- Knowledge of affordable housing programs required
- Goal-oriented and able to prioritize/manage multiple tasks and projects
- Financial and/or quantitative aptitude
- Ability to effectively communicate (in writing and in conversation) to team members, senior management, and investors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Travel requirements: Some travel will be required, as our portfolio consists of assets throughout New England and the Mid-Atlantic.

The pay range for this position is between $79,200 and $108,900.
