The Attorney / Associate Counsel will be responsible for all in-house aspects of the financing activities of SONYMA and HFA, working in conjunction with internal debt issuance personnel and with outside bond counsel. The Attorney/Associate Counsel is expected to have municipal bond and or corporate finance experience. The Attorney/Associate Counsel will also be expected to contribute to the general work of the legal department, including the supervision of paralegals. Salary: $132,800
