Corporation for Supportive Housing is hiring a Senior Program Manager for their Federal Technical Assistance Team.  This role will be based on our national team. Applicants must live near a major airport, preferably in the Eastern or Central Region; candidates must state desired work location in their application.  Frequent local and regional travel.

The Senior Program Manager will provide operational assistance to various parties overseeing and implementing US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) technical assistance (TA).  This will include the HUD Special Needs Assistance Program (SNAPS) Homeless TA leads and leaders at various firms that provide consulting assistance to HUD. This includes support and management of technical assistance planning and activities, coordinating teams and technical assistance resources to support the provision of technical assistance, and advancing strategic priorities.

• SPM in mid-range geography (E.G. Los Angeles, Chicago, Denver): $87,000 - $108,000
• SPM in lower mid-range geography (E.G. Minneapolis, Portland, Austin, Las Vegas): $82,000 - $102,000
• SPM in low-range geography (E.G. Indianapolis, Columbus, Richmond, Nashville, Atlanta, Tampa, Phoenix): $75,000 - $94,000

The Analyst will work full-time, in-person at our office in Brooklyn with the New York-based Maycomb Capital team.  The base salary for the Analyst is $68,000-$85,000 plus eligibility for an annual bonus. 

CSH is now accepting applications for a New Market Tax Credit (NMTC) Portfolio Manager. Strong preference will be given to candidates able to work from the Chicago, IL or the New York, NY offices on a hybrid work schedule.

Candidates should have:

• Bachelor’s degree, but experience may substitute for education.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting, finance, asset management, real estate, and/or non-profit lending.
• Prior experience in community development, affordable/supportive housing, government/public funding programs, and compliance reporting is desired, particularly for CDFI Fund programs. Prior NMTC experience is a plus, but is not required.
• Interest in issues related to supportive housing including homelessness, affordable housing development, public finance, public housing, community development/planning, or support service programs that address mental illness or substance use issues.

Salary range for the NMTC Portfolio Manager in Chicago is $87,000-$108,000; in New York City, the range is $95,000-$119,000.
