CPC Vice President, Senior Credit Officer

The Community Preservation Corporation (CPC) believes stable and sustainable affordable housing is the foundation of strong communities and we strive to contribute to comprehensive neighborhood revitalization through our lending and partnerships. The VP Senior Credit Officer is a key member of the Credit and Risk ream and is responsible for the day-to-day credit management function across all balance sheet investments that further CPC’s mission. The SCO will work collaboratively across various departments within CPC to ensure that investments and loans are structured appropriately, and in accordance with credit policies and guidelines. The SCO will establish and continuously refine appropriate credit and lending policies and procedures and establish metrics required to maintain oversight and direction to our credit function.

HCR is hiring a Senior Underwriter in the Office of Multifamily Finance and Development to work on the Housing Finance Agency portfolio. 

The Senior Underwriter will be responsible for all aspects of financial and project management for an assigned group of multifamily rental projects, including financial underwriting of construction and permanent financing utilizing bonds, tax credits, and HCR subsidy and all duties required to move a project through commitment and loan closing. The Director of Housing Development is responsible for overseeing all phases of real estate housing development from project inception through construction and occupancy.
